Nextpower is looking to implement, configure, and support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ensuring seamless integration between them to drive the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PLM/ERP system delivery and implementation, with strong skills in specific systems like Oracle, SAP, or PTC Windchill.
- Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and integration design.
- Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Expert/advanced knowledge of Arena PLM, architecture, best standards and understanding of how Engineering Data is used and its interaction with Supply Chain and Finance functions
- Expert/advanced knowledge of ERP architecture, such as Oracle and NetSuite
- Experience with launching new PLM and/or ERP systems
- Experience with M&A activities and the impact to data and systems
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end PLM/ERP implementation projects, including process mapping, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
- Understand and develop requirements for Engineering, Product Management and Quality team, while navigating the overall needs to Make to Quote, Make to Sell and Make to Deliver.
- Ensure seamless integration between PLM and ERP systems, managing data flows and defining product data governance processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for PLM and ERP, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting system issues.
- Develop and maintain key solution artifacts like functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and test scripts.
- Analyze and improve PLM-related business processes across engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments.
- Ability to pull data from systems, reports, sort into visuals, provide examples, create records and do end to end flow from Engineering and Product roles and responsibilities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, translating them into scalable system solutions.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support, create necessary documentation, crafting content, visuals to display impact and roles.
- Manage project timelines, expectations, and communication, escalating issues as needed.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field like Computer Science or Engineering, Data Systems, Business Systems.
