Jolly is looking for a Product and Engineering Manager to lead the development of cloud-based SaaS applications using MVC C-Sharp .NET and MAUI mobile apps on Microsoft Azure, aiming for rapid career growth and shaping product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Strong background in C-Sharp .NET, MVC architecture, and Azure cloud services
- Experience managing or building MAUI or cross-platform mobile applications
- Proven ability to manage backlogs, Jira workflows, and release schedules
- Strong understanding of code quality, peer review processes, and SDLC
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of .NET MVC and MAUI developers building Azure-hosted SaaS products
- Collect feature requests and feedback from customer service, sales, and key clients
- Collaborate with senior architects to refine requirements and technical direction
- Create, prioritize, and assign tasks in Jira; track progress and remove blockers
- Enforce code review workflows (peer review followed by team lead review)
- Test completed features to ensure functional and UX requirements are met
- Coordinate with DevOps to ensure timely, stable, and regular releases
Other
- 6–10 years of software development or engineering leadership experience
- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, support, dev, DevOps)
- Strategic mindset with ability to shape product direction and team structure
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
