Responsibilities
- Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of branch staff and internal departments.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs on bank products and services, including instructional materials and teaching plans.
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and online, ensuring that all employees understand and can effectively use bank products and services.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and follow-up evaluations. Make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes.
- Work closely with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and address specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee development and incorporate them into training programs.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the banking industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources or related field.
- Flexible work schedule where employees can work from home one day a week.
