Endries International, Inc. is looking for a Product Application Engineer to lead, direct, and perform engineering services activity within a directed region or customer base, aiming to manage engineering related cost savings, assist in procuring profitable revenues through new product and process introductions, and provide technical support to internal and external customers.

- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering related cost savings activity according to customer agreements so as to meet or exceed agreement goals.
- Assist in procuring profitable revenues through new product and process introductions so as to meet corporate financial goals of inventory turns and operating income.
- Assist in training internal customers on new products and processes so as to meet or exceed corporate revenue goals and business plan.
- Provide technical support for both internal and external customers
- Manage business that has a customer service satisfaction level of 3 or better.
- Manage business to comply with local, state, and federal regulations while meeting or exceeding Endries International ethical standards.
