Autoliv is looking for a Product Area Manager to manage and provide direction for their Product Area and Segment teams, ensuring the execution of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to savings, sourcing, and risk management, while also contributing to the development and integration of divisional and global strategies.
Requirements
- 10 years of Purchasing experience
- 5 + years of management / leadership experience
- Strong decision making skills
- Highly skilled in presenting and conveying information clearly

Other
- Divisional reporting to Global Segment Area and Global Product Area.
- Reporting directly to Divisional Purchasing Director(DM), with a dotted line reporting to Global Purchasing Director, Product & Segment.
- Manager to provide direction to team members, functioning as an advisor regarding tasks, projects and general operation.
- Ensures work / projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Approves expenditures within budget policies and guidelines.
- Provides resources and removes obstacles and barriers.
- Mentoring all Segment Buyers (All HR Topics, training, ePDD)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business with min
- Availability to work 60% of the time on site
