The CARD (LOB Partner Channel) team at Chase is looking for a Product Delivery Associate to help transform ideas into functional products, manage delivery processes, and ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Requirements
- 1+ Years of experience in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
- 1+ Years of demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
- 1+ Years of experience and/or exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams.
- 2+ Years of experience in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.

- Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies.
- Contribute to change management activities across functional partners and document adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Document blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability.
- Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines.
