Wis-Pak needs a Product Availability Analyst to ensure products are always on time, in stock, and ready to go, by monitoring systems, processing orders, maintaining stock levels, and developing key metrics for the S&OP process.
Requirements
- Comfortable with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems, and proficient in Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong math, data entry, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily system messages and reports to identify intercompany transfer and purchase goods needs.
- Process and manage daily orders and transfers to keep inventory flowing.
- Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
- Develop and present key metrics using Power BI to support our S&OP process.
- Collaborate with the Planning Group on system setups and product/package transitions.
