Mondelēz International is looking to fill a Product Change Manager role to drive innovation and renovation launches for their CA and Jewels portfolio. The role is crucial for transforming innovation into tangible outcomes by coordinating product and packaging changes, solving problems, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently within the I2M framework to impact business performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
  • Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
  • PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
  • Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and issues.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
  • Apply project management best practices following Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.
