The Product & Channel Marketing Manager is a leadership role within Distribution Marketing Team focused on the development and distribution of strategic sales ideas, collateral, and content through partnership with key members driving organizational initiatives and the sales distribution force.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- 5+ years prior Financial Services marketing experience, with strong financial industry and annuity knowledge required.
- Experience working with financial advisors in any capacity preferred.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) preferred.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7, FINRA Series 63 preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manages development of marketing collateral and email campaigns.
- Partners with the Digital Marketing team to streamline messaging consistently to targeted channels and advisors.
- Partners with Market Research to further define and segment advisory space for better targeting, lead gen, reporting, etc.
- Works with key members of the Marketing leadership team to leverage marketing automation, define success and measure ROI.
- Shares responsibility of Aprimo queue and sponsor review of materials.
- Shares responsibility of the Marketing Strategy Inbox to answer questions and serve as a resource to the sales teams.
- Serves as a resource for the sales force for questions on marketing materials.
