Paysafe is looking to fuel accelerated growth by effectively bringing new product ideas to full commercial success, requiring a Product Commercialization Manager to bridge the gap between Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product commercialization, product marketing, and/or GTM execution, required.
- Experience in the payments industry is preferred.
- Strong communicator able to turn complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proven ability to work across teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.
- Organized, able to work autonomously, solutions-oriented, decision-maker, and excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate technical product features into compelling stories that resonate with customers and sales teams.
- Build and own go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates.
- Define the “who, what, where, and how” of selling: target personas, channels, and positioning.
- Partner with Product Managers early to ensure commercialization readiness well before launch.
- Craft differentiated positioning versus competitors and across core buyer personas.
- Create messaging frameworks that inform everything from sales pitches to marketing campaigns.
- Develop sales guidance that clearly answers: *Who do we sell to? What do we say? Why us?
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, required; or experience in lieu of degree required.
- Works well in a collaborative environment; contributes to overall business objectives while promoting a positive attitude and displaying a sense of teamwork.
- Professionalism in both routine and highly charged environments; adapt accordingly depending on situation and audience.
- This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a blend of 3 in office working days and 2 remote working days during the work week.
