Mercedes-Benz of Durham is looking to solve the problem of effectively explaining and demonstrating vehicle features and technology to customers at the beginning of the sales process.
Requirements
- Advanced technology skills
- Basic Computer skills to utilize timekeeping system
- Ability to learn web based applications for customer management
- Valid Driver’s License
- Automobile Salesperson License
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate vehicle features and technology features to customer
- Conduct test drives
- Conduct facility tours (service, parts)
- Conduct training classes for current customers on technology
- Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- Utilize timekeeping system
- Learn web based applications for customer management
Other
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience desired
- GED or High School Diploma or Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree or Master Degree or Doctorate Degree
- Up to 3 years of work experience or 3-5 years or 5+ years
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
