Cornerstone Building Brands is looking to solve the problem of creating and maintaining configurable products in support of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) rollout across the Apertures business, ensuring accurate, high-quality, and timely cross-functional product realization.
Requirements
- Experience in systems and data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Experience in managing product portfolios, including new product development in support of Engineering & Operations
- Experience in large scale, multi-site ERP implementation
- Experience in systems integration leveraging API’s
- Experience with discrete manufacturing industry, configurable products
- Experience working in KANBAN/ Agile / Scrum project management methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize a team responsible for executing product configuration projects using various systems, BOM documentation as well as product specification and internal business processes.
- Own and drive all corporate programs focused on aligning various legacy product processes and systems to ensure development of a single business process, system and KPIs to facilitate BOM configuration, quality and execution timeliness.
- Manage a large cross-company software implementation to create accurate product configurations that meet marketing, engineering, finance and operations specifications.
- Provide comprehensive management for large Product configuration initiative and related activities, working closely with the multiple teams to troubleshoot, resolve and document data discrepancies.
- Manage the Product Configurator Team, allocating resources, prioritizing initiatives, and aligning conflicting needs to ensure accurate product configuration.
- Lead the creation of business processes linking various product lifecycle tools such as PLM, ERP, order entry systems, to manage configuration system implementation, priorities, approval processes and timelines.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the configuration process and implementation of configuration tools.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully building high performance team responsible for systems implementation and change management.
- Demonstrated leadership in technology, with the ability to tackle complex, ambiguous data-related challenges and drive strategic business outcomes.
- Robust project and program management expertise, capable of orchestrating multiple initiatives, managing resources, and adhering to stringent deadlines.
- Up to 15% travel required
