Fluor is looking for a Production Control Clerk to manage the Facilities Help Desk operations, ensuring efficient coordination of labor, materials, and scheduling for facility repairs and maintenance to support U.S. government agencies.
Requirements
- This position requires computer skills appropriate for work ticket generation, work schedule creation and assessment, material & tool inventory using SAP.
- Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of SAP and applications in the Microsoft Suite.
- Technical knowledge in the fields of Facilities Operations, Facilities Maintenance and Construction.
Responsibilities
- Answer routine help desk telephone calls with the ability to determine best technical course of action to develop a solution to the problem.
- Coordination for labor services, material research, specific tools & equipment for facility repairs.
- Generate trouble calls, repair tickets, schedule repairs, and dispatch appropriate personnel.
- Create, review and update Preventive Maintenance Orders.
- Identify automated alarms, make notifications and dispatch appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate scheduling and site entry for service providers.
- Assist Maintenance Team with minor Preventive Maintenance Orders, Trouble Calls and Repair Orders.

- Must have an active (or ability to obtain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Customer service and communication skills are essential to perform the duties associated with this position.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
