CoxHealth needs to manage and execute product changes driven by contract revisions, cost savings initiatives, and other supply chain needs to ensure seamless product transitions and continuity in operations.
Requirements
- Experience working with Workday and Tecsys (SCM, POU, WMS) systems, preferred.
- Strong understanding of systems and inventory management principles.
- Proficient in data analysis and problem solving, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk in product change plans.
Responsibilities
- managing and executing product changes driven by contract revisions and opportunities, cost savings initiatives, short-term substitutions and other various product change needs
- coordinating with Strategic Sourcing, Item Master, Warehouse, and Hospital Operations teams
- accountable for the end-to-end process of new product setup, inventory depletion, and system updates to successfully execute product changes
- ensure continuity in supply chain operations
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, materials management, or product data coordination within a healthcare or distribution environment, preferred.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
