Kodak is looking to solve its manufacturing staffing needs by hiring a Product Converting Operator to work in its Rochester, NY facility.
Requirements
- Some manufacturing or technical experience preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain a powered industrial truck (fork truck) license at Kodak
- Good Manual Dexterity
- Ability to express oneself clearly, read job related material, write effectively, and comprehend a variety of work requests
Responsibilities
- Complete Operator training programs
- Operate a variety of Film converting and packaging equipment
- Rotate through various jobs as needed
- Work in Dark and Light room conditions
- Maintain strict adherence to operational safety procedures and quality standards
Other
- High School Diploma – Some college or Associates Degree preferred but not required
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have reliable transportation that is available for any/all shift configurations
- Willing and able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
- Willing to work overtime if needed or adjust work schedule based on business needs
