FCA Group is looking to solve the problem of understanding and managing the total production cost of vehicles in North America, including the impact of tariffs and other cost drivers.
Requirements
- Expertise in costs, cost drivers, and calculation of costs that impact the Total Production Cost of N.A. vehicles
- Knowledge of product cost data (TPC reporting, S&M forecast, Business Cases, AALA, USMCA content, COGS/Inventory valuation)
- Experience with global teams to align NA methodology to Stellantis Methodology for PCS/TPC
- Familiarity with cross-functional teams (MFG, SCM, VCE, S&M, FP&A, P&S, MGA)
- Understanding of Variance Analysis, Period-to-Period Reporting, and Transfer Pricing
- Knowledge of SOX Controls Compliance
- Experience with data integrity and enhancements processing
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the development of the annual Corporate Product Cost studies
- Collaborating with Manufacturing Finance, MGA, Model Controllers, Purchasing Finance, IBT Finance, Sales &Marketing Finance, and FP&A to deeply understand costs to produce vehicles in North America
- Understanding and assessing tariff impact on vehicle production costs
- Promoting process simplification and accuracy including, Transfer Pricing, Goldbook, AALA, USMCA, and CAFÉ along with other special studies, as required
- Partnering with IT to ensure data integrity and enhancements processing
- Support the TPC budget, forecasts and Mid-Term Plan (MTP)
- Coordinating with other regions to have standardized approaches

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Travel may be required
