Requirements
- Proficiency in decision-making, critical thinking, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency related to Oracle, Excel, Outlook, CZ, PLM, Salesforce
- Ability to learn new software programs
- Knowledge of Stuller product offerings
- Knowledge of the Jewelry Industry
Responsibilities
- Ensure product set-ups, attributes and specifications are accurate, adhering to guidelines and legal requirements
- Processing of queries to validate accuracy of data points
- Identify and update attribute data due to inaccuracies, inconsistencies, manufacturing changes, or customer requests
- Utilize extensive knowledge of BOM, Item Master, PIM modules, and P360 to support business processes related to product data
- Ability to create and run data loads
- Develop a complete understanding of Custom Item Search
- Creating/Improving shopping experiences on the website
