Requirements
- Hard Drive, Solid State or Storage knowledge preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Data mining and data analytics experience.
- Strong project management skills, handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Learning new tools and putting them to productive use quickly.
- Problem Solving and Issue resolution skills.
- Working with cross functional extended team outside the core organization.
Responsibilities
- Monitors product qualification status and execution.
- Helps prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
- Lead qualification and sustaining process improvement projects. Manage timeline and resources.
- Qualification FA queue tracking and communication to customer teams.
- Field Failure Analysis Tracking and communication to customer teams.
- Failure Analysis Priority Management with WW FA Team.
- Failure Analysis management and tracking.
Other
- Pursuing a Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field and will be returning back to school in Fall 2026.
