The company needs to ensure these projects stay on track, meet key dates, and are fully ready for market launch, while also identifying opportunities for new financial solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency with end-user configurable development environments, such as platforms or tools that allow user-level customization (e.g., low-code/no-code platforms, plugin-based systems, or scriptable interfaces).
- Familiar with JSON for data interchange and configuration.
- Experience working in API-supported environments, including integration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with agile frameworks and understanding of the software delivery life cycle
Responsibilities
- Execute testing and validation, maintaining strict standards for deployment of features.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies and resource allocation.
- Identify and engage with stakeholders to document requirements and ensure alignment of priorities when changes impact partners.
- Identify and escalate risks to delivery deadlines and work to develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage the risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations, by following internal change management review procedures.
- Execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements, coordinate UAT activities with end-users and stakeholders, provide training and support to end-users.

- As an experienced Product Delivery Manager, you will be part of a team that will deploy new credit card products and features in an agile development environment.
- This individual assumes responsibility to ensure projects or enhancements stay on track by communicating with World Acceptance colleagues and third-party partners.
- As the delivery manager, you will partner with our software providers to configure client-led design on their platform and will collaborate with internal Product, Risk and Operations Directors to ensure key dates are identified and met, testing dates are communicated and all readiness and GTM tasks are tracked and completed.
