Enhance and optimize customer experiences through product delivery in Identity and Access Management at the company

Requirements

  • Deep background in IAM (Identity & Access Management) concepts, and with one or more technologies, and products (eg: Secrets Management, ADFS, oauth 2.0, SAML, CyberArk, HashiCorpVault, Beyond Trust)
  • Strong technical background with experience in one or more Public Cloud platforms, AWS, GCP, Azure (emphasis in Identity)
  • Proven experience creating product strategy, product roadmap, product overview
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Proven experience of shipping/delivering products using modern software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, OKR, etc.), and tools
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • AWS Cloud Experience (Development/Infrastructure); HashiCorp Vault Experience (development/infrastructure deployment in multiple cloud environments)

Responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Defines and communicates product vision, strategy, and delivery roadmap aligned with the IAM Global Technology Infrastructure strategy and business goals
  • Drives execution of engineering delivery teams including but not limited to product backlog prioritization, epics and user stories consumable/refinable by the engineering team
  • Partners with Operations/SRE teams in the development of production ready cloud services
  • Partners with Cyber Operations, Governance, and Compliance functions to ensure the product under development meets cyber and control standards at cloud scale
  • Drives and communicates Program Increment (PI) Planning with all product stakeholders

Other

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex/technical concepts into simple yet effective communication to many stakeholders, management and customers
  • Proven experience in developing lasting cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders in an Enterprise Organization
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, and/or technical degree
