Requirements
- Deep expertise across both product and visual design disciplines
- Proven success leading design across multiple platforms (web, app, social, etc.)
- Strong systems thinker with operational excellence—you scale process without sacrificing creativity
- Proficient in Figma, prototyping tools, and user research/testing platforms
- Experience fostering design culture, rituals, feedback practices and high standards for craft and collaboration
- A champion for user-centricity, accessibility, and data-informed decision-making
- Experience in e-commerce or savings/rewards platforms
Responsibilities
- Define the design strategy and lead execution across platforms, ensuring work aligns with business goals and user needs
- Create compelling experiences across web, app, extension and social platforms, ensuring consistency and delight in every interaction
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary design team across product and brand
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape user-centric solutions and prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Translate insights, business goals, and brand principles into design decisions that drive measurable outcomes
- Guide design work that is elegant, intuitive, and solves complex problems across discovery, live shopping, and post-purchase moments
- Design experiences to increase engagement, influence user behavior, and support habit-forming product loops that drive retention
Other
- 8–10+ years of design experience, with at least 3+ years managing and mentoring designers
- Strong communicator and cross-functional leader, able to influence up, down, and across teams
- Skilled at connecting design decisions to user needs, product goals, and business metrics
- Comfortable receiving and giving feedback; able to adapt and evolve quickly
- Background in working with customer lifecycle, personalization, or CRM
