Development of power modules for high-performance applications including automotive traction inverters, solar inverters, and other power conversion systems
Requirements
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo or AutoCAD
- Experience with simulation tools for electrical or thermal analysis such as Ansys Electronics Desktop or SIMetrix
- Familiarity with semiconductor packaging or thermal management concepts
Responsibilities
- Design and development of power modules for high-performance applications including automotive traction inverters, solar inverters, and other power conversion systems
- CAD drawing and layout of power module components
- Electrical and thermal simulation of power modules using commercially available tools
Other
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or Physics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible working hours to accommodate academic commitments
