Frontgate is looking to solve the problem of developing innovative, high-end luxury products by leveraging the skills of an Industrial Design Co-op who can contribute to product development from ideation to market-ready solutions.
Requirements
- You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) and CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360).
Responsibilities
- You will assist a dedicated Senior Designer, supporting their projects while receiving guidance and mentorship.
- You will create high-quality sketches, renderings, and technical drawings using industry-standard tools to effectively communicate design concepts to internal teams and external partners.
- You will contribute to cross-functional team discussions to ensure design aligns with brand standards and customer expectations
- You will conduct research on market trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to inform design decisions.
