Brightly Software, Inc. is looking for a Product Design Intern to own impactful projects from ideation to implementation, contributing to the company's product portfolio and user experience.
Requirements
- Experience using design tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
- Interest in designing for Web applications and Mobile apps.
Responsibilities
- Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate the design with product and engineering teams.
- Conduct usability tests with users to validate high risk designs before the feature is implemented and adjust the designs based on feedback.
- Conduct user studies to understand user problems behind product features and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Understand the markets we serve and has deep understanding of the users in the markets.
- Define user personas and Jobs-to-be-done specific user roles in the target markets.
- Collaborate with developers to build delightful experiences that are feasible.
- Understand the technology behind the products enough to have meaningful conversations with developers about feasibility.
