Responsibilities
- Design new 0-1 products from scratch, improve and expand on existing products, and uncover greenfield business opportunities within your product portfolio.
- Design large scale and highly complex experiences while making them intuitive and delightful to use.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales and other cross-functional partners to facilitate design-driven discussions, and help prioritize initiatives in planning and product channels.
- Help create a long-term vision for your products, set a roadmap around that vision, and help define product requirements to execute on that roadmap.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure a high quality user experience and bug-free implementation.
- Solicit feedback early and often from your peers, including other product designers on the team by participating in weekly design syncs and sharing out your work in the appropriate channels.
- Help maintain our design system and look for opportunities to enhance or contribute to it.
Other
- 6+ years of professional work experience in an individual contributor role on a Product Design team; 6+ years of professional work experience preferred.
- Experience leading and mentoring other designers from the individual contributor role.
