Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience designing digital web products, with a portfolio that demonstrates your expertise.
  • Proven understanding of UI/UX best practices, including user testing and iteration.
  • Strong collaborator on cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, QA).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex concepts for broad audiences.
  • Data-driven approach, using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions.
  • Sharp attention to visual detail, interaction design, typography, and usability.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

Responsibilities

  • Create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to validate ideas and test hypotheses directly with end-users.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to deliver top-quality product experiences.
  • Define and document specs, interactive prototypes, and design requirements for development teams.
  • Clearly articulate your design process, present your work, and ensure alignment with strategic product goals.
  • Support and enhance a scalable design system that supports evolving business and user needs.
  • Refine requirements, write user stories, and participate in Agile processes with Product, Development, and QA teams.
  • Take full end-to-end ownership and obsess over every detail from ideation through final delivery.

Other

  • Willingness to own design decisions, accept feedback, and contribute to overall product direction.
  • Experience with animation or prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects, Protopie) to create interactive product flows.
  • Familiarity with Figma libraries, tokens, or building/maintaining shared components at scale.
  • Familiarity with WCAG and designing for accessibility across platforms.
  • Knowledge of unique challenges in media streaming, entertainment, or broadcast products.
