Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Typically 2–3 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with design systems or accessibility standards is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end features or user journeys
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to build scalable, high-quality solutions
- Maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation
- Optimize systems and processes to drive consistent, user-centered design across products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Provide feedback to peers
- Represent design in cross-functional discussions and anticipate trade-offs between user needs, product goals, and technical constraints
