Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in CRO or funnel optimization roles
- Proven experience designing for ecommerce subscription platforms
- A portfolio that shows work on high-converting UX flows – particularly signup, checkout, or pricing experiences
- Comfort working in data-driven, fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting A/B and multivariate testing
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to bring designs to life and iterate based on technical constraints, user feedback, and data insights
Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design specifications for new signup funnels, experiments, and iterations on PeopleFinders.com
- Continuously iterate on the signup experience, offers, pricing pages, onboarding flows, and other key conversion touchpoints
- Collaborate with product, marketing, engineers, and other stakeholders to build and test A/B experiments that improve sign-up rates, trial-to-paid conversion, and subscription upgrades
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify UX friction and inform design decisions for optimization
- Maintain a consistent and accessible UI while continuously testing layout, copy, and interaction changes
- Track and report on the impact of design experiments
