AppleCare Digital is seeking a Product Designer to help visualize new support experiences using generative AI in our customer-facing support apps. The role will focus on designing AI solutions to improve customer experience, increase issue resolution across support topics, and help achieve business goals as a result.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience working with AI-driven experiences.
- Portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product design solutions.
- Strong interaction design, visual design, user experience design.
- Proficiency in using Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Keynote, and agile processes.
- Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through prototypes, sketches, high fidelity comps, and presentations.
- Highly skilled and fast in any tools you need to visualize your ideas and deliver the work.
- Enthusiasm and history working in the generative AI and AI-driven spaces.
