Global Payment UED team is looking for a talented mobile app or web-based product designer to provide the best payment service experience at ByteDance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design (usability research, journey maps, wireframing, prototyping) preferably within the tech sector
- Proven experience in UI design, visual design (visual language, design system) preferably within the tech sector
- Portfolio with prior work experience that demonstrates your ability to turn complex problems into simple solutions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or AI etc
- Having a keen eye on design trends and cutting edge technologies
- Strong foundation of design and basic design principles (typography, color, iconography, interaction patterns)
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in crafting the user experience of globally-relevant and locally-optimised payment products from web-based platforms to consumer-facing mobile apps.
- Design the global products for worldwide users, i.e., LATAM, US, EU and other countries
- Drive the innovation of design and the improvement of user experience across all payment products
- Take ownership of design quality, consistency and improve the visual language and actively contribute to the design system
- Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams in customer centric design process and be highly involved in the entire product life-cycle from product planning, detail design to implementation
- Be agile to iterate design and continuously refine the user experience to fulfill the unique needs of our diverse user base.
