Requirements

- Expertise in visual design, typography, interaction design, and storytelling through motion.
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility best practices, and iterative, data-informed processes.
- A portfolio that reflects both your craft and your thinking—showing not just what you made, but how you approached it.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-powered, data-driven user experiences that increase engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Design intuitive, elegant experiences across web and mobile platforms—from exploration through launch.
- Create and edit short-form video and motion assets, using AI tools to accelerate production and elevate quality.
- Build upon and refine our design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and polish across touchpoints.
- Create polished, executive-level presentation decks that effectively communicate key insights, strategy, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Actively co-create with AI tools (Figma AI, Galileo, Lovable, Uizard, Make, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance speed, creativity, and iteration cycles.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure design decisions align with business goals and user needs.

- 5–8 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer, ideally in a consumer-tech, e-commerce, or product-led organization.
- A growth mindset — eager to learn, experiment, and continuously evolve design practices.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead critiques, present design rationale, and align teams around a shared vision.
