Apple Retail Engagement Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team needs to shape the tools used by Apple's retail team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- At least 4years related design experience in product design (iOS, iPad & macOS).
- Submit a portfolio of concepts and design solutions that includes sketches, wireframes, detailed designs and prototypes focusing on iOS, iPad & macOS platforms.
- Proficient and efficient with design and prototyping tools to visualize ideas and deliver work quickly.
- Experience designing apps at every stage of the process, from conception through delivery, working closely with other designers & partners to ensure high quality outcomes.
- Experience conducting or consulting on user research & usability testing.
- Experience leveraging AI/ML to enhance product capabilities and user experiences.
- Familiarity with behavioral design principles, including understanding of human motivations, biases, and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Create designs, and contribute to design standards and patterns across various digital experiences and platforms.
- Distill complexity to create simple and innovative design solutions that can be adopted in Apple Retail Stores & contact centers globally.
- Conduct and consult on user research - analyze retail performance trends, customer insights, buyer surveys, and external market research to inform design solutions & future strategies.
