Poshmark is looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to craft user-centered experiences that reach millions and help create an organization where everyone can thrive.
Requirements
- Strong visual design skills and user-first thinking with high attention to detail.
- Proven knowledge of the UX mindset and methodology (exploration, ideation, design, user tests)
- Experience using various design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc).
Responsibilities
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful, user-first solutions across mobile and web platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas clearly.
- Participate in design reviews, critiques, and user research sessions to learn and iterate on your work.
- Help maintain and expand our design system and UI components for consistency and scalability.
- Work with engineers to ensure design quality and implementation fidelity.
- Contribute to design critiques and research sessions to learn, iterate, and grow.
Other
- 3+ Industry Experience as a product designer or in a similar design role.
- A self starter who needs minimal direction to get started.
- Excellent collaborator and experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
