Request Foods is looking to develop and commercialize new frozen food entrees for Private Labels and National Brands.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities
- Working closely with a team of other Product Developers as well as Sales, Quality, Procurement and Operations teams at Request Foods to formulated and develop frozen entrees in our test kitchens, often collaborating with Request’s contract customers.
- Product support in the manufacturing facility, commercializing and troubleshooting products.
- Creation and maintenance of formulas and processing procedures in our enterprise software system.
- Determining nutritional content of formulations, ensuring accurate labeling for products.
Other
- Have earned an Associate’s degree, or higher, in the Culinary Arts and/or Food Science discipline. Candidates must be passionate about food. A Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in the culinary field
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Presenting products at sales visits and regional food shows.
