Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills
- SAP skills
- Market & Portfolio Management skills
- PowerBI skills
- Experience in Manufacturing (a plus)
- Strong academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7)
- 0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred)
Responsibilities
- Rotate through different areas on our Residential Product team
- Work on real-world special projects
- Participate in ongoing learning and development
- Gain insight and skills needed to be successful in their field
- Create a well-rounded future leader
- Develop skills in leadership, manufacturing, and product development
- Collaborate with multiple areas of the business
Other
- Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a bachelor’s or master's degree in applicable field - Business Management or Computer Science
- Permanent work authorization in the United States
- A willingness to learn on the job and grow your career through rotational assignments at multiple locations
- Domestic travel will be required and will be reimbursed
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to jump in and do what it takes to be successful
