- Must be enrolled in a 4-year engineering (BSME) program or 4-year technical degree program.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Must be able to work 20 hours per week minimum.
- Must be able to interact effectively with others and work individually and in a team environment.
- Must be self-motivated, responsible, and dependable.
