MillerKnoll is looking for a Product Development Engineering Intern to assist with real-world product development projects, applying academic learning to practical situations and cultivating problem-solving and leadership skills within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Requirements
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360)
- Basic understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
Responsibilities
- Use originality and ingenuity to apply solutions
- Apply basic engineering skills to work assignments
- Complete engineering tasks under the direction of leadership
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
- Seeks and receives mentoring from senior level and engineering leadership
- Ability to take good notes; showing work and assumptions
- Assist in the design and prototyping of new products and components
Other
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
