Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or Polymer Science
- Strong laboratory skills, including precision in experimental setup and data collection
- Ability to create, manage, and execute project plans with attention to detail and timelines
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of innovative and sustainable adhesive products
- Support efforts to streamline and optimize the existing product portfolio
- Evaluate new technologies, raw materials, or capabilities for their potential use in packaging adhesive applications
- Assist in designing and executing lab experiments to test product performance and suitability
- Develop and refine test procedures to enhance product selection accuracy and application effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into actionable product improvements
