Requirements
- 3D modeling skills
- Technical Knowledge of the HVAC Industry
- CAD design capability
- Experience with contract manufacturing is a plus
Responsibilities
- leading and/or building a team that can facilitate innovative thinking, concept design capture, and communication
- supporting product revisions, literature, and packaging needs
- aiding in the development of any new product ideas
- engaging with engineering teams to transition concepts to formal NPI projects
- communicating new product concepts and associated benefits for review by customers
- managing the needs of existing contract manufacturing clients
- securing new manufacturing opportunities for MGM
