Requirements
- Experience in consumer goods or CPG
- Fluent in the nuts and bolts of physical product workflows (SKU creation, BOMs, cost tracking)
- Experience in product management within the consumer goods industry
- Process-Oriented & Self-Starter
- Project Management & Analytical Acumen
- Leverage a solid understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify actionable data
- Bring creative energy and clear thinking to the challenges of growing and scaling physical products.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire product lifecycle from concept to consumer, driving development, and managing all critical details from packaging and compliance to testing and documentation.
- Refining tech packs and prototypes with cross-functional teams, and evolving PLM processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Actively identify new product opportunities, help shape our growing product roadmap, and proactively solve problems throughout the product lifecycle.
- Serve as a cross-functional catalyst, working closely with all teams to ensure product feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Gather and synthesize consumer feedback to inform product improvements and future innovations, always delivering something deeper and more thoughtful.
- Maintain master spec sheets, Asana, and Rechain, quickly addressing any identified issues.
- Manage quality compliance testing schedules with third-party agencies and our factories, while overseeing pricing within our systems.
