Medtronic is working to change the way people manage diabetes and is separating its Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation, requiring a Product Development Program Management Specialist to support the team

Requirements

  • Experience with document management systems
  • Background in document management processing is highly desirable
  • Experience across the entire product lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
  • Prior work experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, aerospace, defense)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the program leader to coordinate day-to-day program activities and ensure smooth execution
  • Manage the release and maintenance of program design and project documentation in the Document Management System, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
  • Maintain program dashboards for team collaboration and leadership review
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, and action item tracking
  • Monitor program timelines, milestones, and deliverables; follow up with stakeholders to maintain progress
  • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and escalate issues as needed
  • Support risk and issue tracking, ensuring timely resolution and documentation

Other

  • Bachelor's degree required and minimum of 2 years of relevant project management and/or document management experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and non-verbal
  • Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills, negotiating; managing change; goal setting; planning and organizing teamwork
  • Ability to address difficult situations; conflict resolution; resource constraint and problem solving
  • Must be able to work in an office environment and interact with a computer and communicate with peers and co-workers
