Requirements
- Experience in Product/GTM commercial platforms or payments.
- Experience setting up initial offerings and use cases with pilot partners.
- Familiarity with Visa products and ecosystem is a plus.
- Extensive experience in product development, strategy, and management within the payments or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Product leadership experience with complex deals.
- Analytical and fact-based consultative approach.
Responsibilities
- Innovate and develop new product and growth ideas for the North America B2B segment, focusing on card spend, based on data findings.
- Craft compelling presentations that clearly articulate product vision, market opportunity, and business impact.
- Define, develop, launch, own, maintain, and B2B solutions.
- Translate market needs into actionable business requirements, user stories, personas, and go-to-market deliverables.
- Help drive VCS’s B2B strategy, defining and executing comprehensive market approaches that deliver revenue growth and competitive advantage.
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate strategies based on market feedback and business outcomes.
- Develop thought leadership, including PowerPoint presentations and public speaking on sales calls/demos.

- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
- Travel 5-10% of the time.
- Work independently and in a matrixed environment, including projects with clients.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to add value through insightful questioning, offering new ideas, and delivering solutions.
