Evinova aims to accelerate better health outcomes in global life sciences by creating digital health solutions for clinical research. The company is seeking a Product Director to lead the development of AI-powered solutions for study design and planning, addressing the transformation in clinical trials driven by AI and new data streams.
Requirements
- Experience conducting user research and customer discovery to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Experience in leading small teams across the product development lifecycle, with a proven track record of deploying and scaling digital solutions.
- Familiarity with clinical trials and the drug development lifecycle.
- Strong expertise in interaction design, and information architecture.
- Proficiency with modern research, design, content design and rapid prototyping tools and methodologies in agile environments.
- Experience in operating as an independent product leader on highly complex B2B or B2B2C software.
- Coding or software development experience.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the full spectrum of product activities, guiding the team's work from discovery, setting of business goals, documentation of user needs, developing clear requirements, and setting roadmaps & meeting timelines in partnership with cross-functional peers.
- Setting and communicating product strategy based on market demand and user research.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and data science leads of the team, to ensure cohesive strategy and delivery.
- Take ownership of the product, facilitating quick thoughtful decision making.
- Stimulate conceptual thinking and creativity and challenge the status quo towards continuous improvement.
- Work closely with other Product Managers to ensure coherent user experience, workflows, and value delivery across user domains and products.
- In collaboration with others - define, plan and participate in iterative user testing and use findings to inform and improve product decisions.
