Johnson & Johnson is looking to develop and execute channel strategies for the launch of icotrokinra in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO).

Responsibilities
- Lead the design of the integrated channel strategy for the launch of icotrokinra across all field deployed teams.
- Set expectations and lead the alignment and integration with the field teams supporting all critical needs in delivering a great customer experience and supporting needs for patient initiation and ongoing management with icotrokinra.
- Actively participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to launch strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.
- Manage associated AOR and agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, rigor in marketing excellence, and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.
Other
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of business experience with successful track record – preferably in Marketing, or alternatively also in Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical or related fields
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication & project management skills
- Track record of demonstrating passion and perseverance for long-term & meaningful goals
- Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 30%
- Launch experience preferred
