Johnson & Johnson is looking to implement strategies to support consumers in their treatment of Plaque Psoriasis care and drive strategies to include development and implementation of consumer marketing plans and initiatives in the marketplace.
Requirements
- Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
- Previous consumer and Digital experience
- Experience with product launch preferred
Responsibilities
- Leads development of comprehensive digital and other non-personal marketing launch plans, including strategy, messaging, and plans to impact patient initiation and adherence.
- Innovate in the digital spaces maximizing AI, omni-channel, and other digital platforms to reach consumers.
- Integrate with DTC to ensure pull-through of campaigns to maximize exposure.
- Support Customer Experience to help support patient initiation through to adherence on medication.
- Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with all cross-functional teams, including Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners
Other
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
- A minimum of 5 years of business experience, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Sales Learning & Development, Medical and/or related fields
- Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
