Johnson & Johnson is looking to accelerate TREMFYA(R) in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO) and shape a cross-category cohesive approach through developing and executing DTC, patient and digital strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design of core TREMFYA DTC plans, campaigns and channel plans Dermatology in the acceleration of TREMFYA(R) in Dermatology& Rheumatology
- Drive innovative solutions around delivering patient engagement in a way that meets evolving needs and demands for information
- Design and lead patient Ad Boards, Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research and key channel KPI considerations and shape and monitor Patient ATUs, and other key ongoing monitoring of brand performance for optimization plans
- Support and design a leading disease state campaign to support enhanced patient targeting
- Lead the strategy, direction and alignment to critical vendor partners (AOR, Digital Agency, and others) and work cross-functionally with critical partners across Media Excellence, SIA, IT, Digital Solutions, PECS and more
- Leverage AI technologies to support the creative design of assets and/or support the insights and technologies reaching patients
- Contribute critical patient insights into the BP planning process, manage responsible budget areas and identify business case opportunities
Other
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of business experience with successful track record – preferably in Marketing, or alternatively also in Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical or related fields
- Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 20%
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills with CAC partners
