Responsibilities
- Lead the design of the medical education plan for Dermatology in the acceleration of TREMFYA(R) in Dermatology, including congress, Ad Board, sponsorships, key events, and cross-functional support needs
- Drive innovative solutions around delivering medical education in a way that meets evolving customer needs and demands for information
- Develop the prioritized approach towards conferences support, and lead the cross-functional teams to execute consistently across key events
- Partner closely with the DOME directors on strategy and the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team to maximize their impact across executional excellence, resource development, and skill-building
- Lead the alignment and integration with the field teams, including coordination with the TLLs, supporting all critical needs in delivering best-in-class medical education programming and a unique and compelling customer experience at key events
- Actively participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to launch strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.
- Manage associated AOR and agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, rigor in marketing excellence, and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables
Other
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of business experience with successful track record – preferably in Marketing, or alternatively also in Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical or related fields
- Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 30%
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills
