The One Chase Experience Platform team needs to revolutionize customer interactions by providing sales teams with the necessary CRM tools to build and deepen customer relationships. This involves developing products and features that empower sales teams with deep insights and connectivity across channels, and creating a comprehensive data activation platform for a holistic customer view.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, data analytics, and public cloud data storage solutions.
- Proven history of building products that leverage public cloud data storage solutions.
- General understanding of generative AI infrastructure and solutions.
- Proven ability to drive change and influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with both internal and external vendors to develop innovative product solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM solutions and their product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Build a robust data activation platform to drive connectivity among separate tools, ensuring the sales teams have a consistent and comprehensive view of customer information.
- Integrate generative AI capabilities to assist the Sales teams in interpreting and acting on extensive customer data, thereby enhancing the decision making process.
- Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
- Lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost efficiency, feature enhancements, reusability, and reliability.
- Own product performance and make strategic investments in enhancements that align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
