The company is looking to solve manufacturing engineering problems in a manufacturing environment
Requirements
- 2 Years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in mechanical engineering, or materials engineering
Responsibilities
- Plans and formulates engineering programs within area of assigned responsibility
- Implements and reviews process design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards and customer contract requirements and related specifications
- Supports activities concerned with technical development, customer issues, cost reduction programs and in resolving engineering design and test problems
- Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications and drawing releases
- Provides technical support for assigned coating, brazing and/or manufacturing area of assignment
- Interfaces with production personnel regarding all processing requirements
- Performs process quality investigations, as required
Other
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in mechanical engineering, or materials engineering
- 2 Years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to build rapport and commonality with teams across shifts and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with production personnel, suppliers, and customers
