iNRCORE Group is seeking a Product Engineer to bridge the gap between electrical engineering, sales, and customers in the aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial electronics components sectors. The role aims to provide technical support, identify new opportunities, and drive design-in wins.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the resistor or passive component industry.
- Proven track record in technical sales, applications engineering, or field engineering roles.
- In-depth knowledge of resistor technologies, standards, and applications across key industries.
- Prior experience with precision, high-power, or custom resistor solutions.
- Familiarity with common customer qualification processes in automotive, aerospace, or medical industries.
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) preferred.
- Background in design-in sales strategy and OEM/Tier 1 support preffered.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
- Support sales team with technical presentations, product recommendations, and application analysis.
- Work directly with OEMs and Tier 1 customers to understand application requirements and propose optimal resistor solutions.
- Support new product development and product improvement efforts of existing products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through technical consultation and value-based selling.
- Translate customer requirements into engineering documentation and coordinate with design and manufacturing teams for custom solutions.
- Assist in the development of technical marketing collateral such as datasheets, application notes, and white papers.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
- Prior experience with defense and aerospace customers.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and company facilities as needed (35–45%).
